Yes, we did it! The project Steigenberger Bad Homburg was handed over on time

The fourth and last construction phase in the Steigenberger Bad Homburg Hotel took only one month and was finished on time. Prefunction, lobby and reception area reflect new grandeur. Fire protection doors have been installed, the stone floors shine in new splendour, new carpets have been laid and the electric installations and fire alarm systems were upgraded to the state of the art. Fast but with a close eye to every single detail, steel-wood constructions were produced in KAMPER’s workshops. The new furniture shines black with fine brass inlays. The façade, too, has been renovated and adds new value to the building. The first guests have already admired the amazing transformation of this 5 star house.

Project manager Michael Kumpitsch:” I would like to thank everybody who was involved in this great project and wish the hotel crew every success! Merry Christmas and a happy New Year!”

Successful handover of the second construction phase in the Steigenberger Bad Homburg

To finish along the agreed schedule, on the 14th of November 2016, required a top performance within a very short period and everything had to meet high quality standards. Sophisticated claddings in brass, aluminium compounds and with hand-stitched leather elements come together in the meeting rooms, banquet area and ball room.

Michael Kumpitsch, project manager on site: “I have to thank all that were involved for their amazing cooperation and total commitment. Without the perfectly coordinated planning, production and logistics, we could never have managed the hand-over as planned.”

In the last and final phase, the lobby and reception area will be renovated. KAMPER has guaranteed to hand over these areas on the 18th of December 2016.

Team ready for final spurt in Bad Homburg

Our team is already putting last and final touches at our renovation project in the 5***** Hotel Steigenberger Bad Homburg. The hand-over will take place as planned on September 2nd 2016. Project manager Michael Kumpitsch knows, “that these last and final days will be strenuous. We are, however, proud to be able to hand over the renovated bar and restaurant areas on Friday as scheduled. It is good when you know that you can fully rely on synergies within KAMPER, and thus finish in due time.”

Projekt start and kick-off party on site

KAMPER will be the General Contractor for the renovation works in the banquet and conference centre, the lobby, the fitness areas and the façade works in the 5***** Steigenberger Bad Homburg, right outside Frankfort. The team on site invited to a kick-off party on June 30th. A guided tour around the house was organized to inform about the construction works in the weeks to come. The newly renovated rooms were presented and the renovation phases were introduced to those present. Finally, the construction site was “opened” with a harty BBQ party on invitation on the premises of the future bar and restaurant area.
