Our employees work 4 days a week but on full pay
Starting with 1st of October 2022 KAMPER Handwerk + Bau will be one of the first companies in the construction industry in Austria to change to a 4-day working week with its more than 130 employees. While remaining on full pay all weekly working hours will be reduced to 38 hrs. As a one of Austria’s leading companies we see our potential to sense current needs and act accordingly.
