The right to protection of personal data is governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the Austrian Data Protection Act 2000, and the Austrian Data Protection Amendment Act 2018. Personal data

Personal data that you transmit to us electronically through these websites, such as your name, e-mail address, address, telephone number, banking details, credit card numbers or other personal details that you share with us will only be used for the indicated purpose, stored securely, and will not be disclosed to third parties. Inventory data

(1) Your personal data – to the extent this data is required for the establishment, content, or amendment of the contractual relationship (inventory data) – is used exclusively for the fulfilment of the contract. For example: your name and address must be passed on to the distributor of the goods so that they can deliver them to you.

We process and save your data for the term of our business relationship and/or for the duration of our legitimate interest, as well as for the duration of general limitation periods, which can be up to 30 years.

 

Form data and comments

When visitors to our website leave comments or enter information in forms, the data entered and the IP addresses of the users will be stored. This is done for security purposes, should a case arise of a user writing illegal content (insults, left-wing or right-wing extremist propaganda, hate speech, etc.). Should such a case arise, we have a legitimate interest in establishing the identity of the author.

The embedded videos place cookies on the user’s computer when the website is accessed. We do on principle refrain from processing the data of minors and are not authorised to do so. With your consent you confirm that you have reached the age of 18 years or that you have the consent of your legal representative.

In such a case, the data previously stored about you will be anonymised and subsequently only be used for statistical purposes without personal reference. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of any processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Data security

The controlling KAMPER group of companies uses technical and organisational security measures to protect the stored personal data from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, or destruction. We also protect your data against access by unauthorised persons. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technical progress.

Right to information
