More informationIn January 2023, the project was set in motion: The RAINER Group commissioned KAMPER Handwerk + Bau as general contractor for the demolition of the existing concrete structures and the excavation work. Just a few months later, in October 2023, construction began on the forward-looking new complex in Martinsried.
Now, as of March 2025, the laboratory center is complete – a state-of-the-art building that combines sustainability, innovation, and the highest standards of construction quality.
