With our offers for apprenticeships in cabinetmaking and metalworking, we provide an ideal platform for creative minds and future professionals.

Our training methods have proven to be a success story. Since 1977, KAMPER has trained around 120 apprentices in our cabinetmaking and metalworking shops. Many of our former apprentices have had impressive careers within our company, from apprenticeships to management positions and professional experts. These are true heroic stories!

In 2017, KAMPER’s commitment to train apprentices was officially recognised and rewarded. The Styrian Government, the Austrian Chamber of Commerce and the Austrian Chamber of Labour awarded us the title ’Excellent Apprenticeship Company’. We are proud of this acknowledgement, and it motivates us to continue our path as pioneers in apprentice training.
