My Hero Story at KAMPER

Position & Responsibilities:

Carpentry Technician

Here to Stay: In 2003, I took the leap from Germany to Styria in search of new professional challenges. As a trained carpenter, I found employment at Kamper in the same year.

What began as a simple entry quickly evolved into an exciting career. In 2006, I transitioned into CNC technology, where I could further develop my skills. My dedication and passion did not go unnoticed, and in 2008, I was appointed as the head of our machine workshop.

Thanks to the supportive environment at Kamper, I was able to pursue my own ambitions. My organizational skills and sensitivity towards our employees were recognized and nurtured, enabling me to continuously grow. Teamwork is crucial at Kamper, and I value the camaraderie that allows me to be active not only professionally but also personally with my colleagues.

A few years ago, I was also appointed as a member of the works council and supervisory board, providing me with the opportunity to actively contribute to shaping the future of our company.

The South Styria region is now my home, and Kamper is my professional home. Personally, taking the leap in 2003 was the best decision I could have made.
